Derrick Darnell Moore passed away peacefully on Friday, June 17, 2022 while surrounded by his loving family, in the tranquility of his own home at the age of 49. Beloved Husband of Katie L. Holloworth for a loving 5 years. Devoted Father of Chietha Moore, Jarrett Moore, Derreck Moore, Jr, Keshon Williams, Kayla Williams and special Father figure to Hope White. Loving Son of Sandra L. White and the late Larry Darnell Douglas. Dear Son-in-law to Willie Holloworth. Loving Grandfather of Nkiruka Chira, Savannah Moore & Scarlett Moore. Dear Brother of Leavell (Shari) Winfield, Larry (Nakia) Douglas, Jr, Levon Douglas, Cedric White, Jr, Shakeitha (Robert) Griffin, Kenisha Kelley, Frederica White, Jasmine White and the late Leonard Douglas. Dear Uncle to many Nieces and Nephews.

Family and friends are to gather for the Visitation on Thursday, June 30, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim & Wolf Road).
