Darlene Wiktor nee Wentland Passed away unexpectedly surrounded by her loving family Saturday October 28th 2023. Beloved wife of Kevin Wiktor for a loving 33 years. Devoted mother of Kyle Wiktor. Loving Daughter of the late Albert Wentland and the late Clara Wentland nee Milchner. Dear sister of Nancy Dingwall. Dear aunt and great aunt of many. Darlene was a guitarist, singer, songwriter, founding member of The Silent Workers alternative rock band from the 80s & 90s, & other bands with husband and drummer Kevin such as God's Workers.  Also the founder of the Celebrate Jesus Coffeehouse in Forest Park, IL from 1999-2007. 

Family and friends are to gather for the Visitation Friday, November 3rd, 2023 from 3:00-8:00 P.M. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Rd, Hillside Il, 60162. Funeral Service to follow Saturday, November 4th 2023 celebrated promptly at 10:00 A.M. Interment Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. 1:00 P.M. 20953 W. Hoff Rd, Elwood Il 60421.
