Concetta “Lina” Cristiano, nee Ferraro, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 18, 2026 at the golden age of 82. Beloved Wife of Pietro Cristiano. Devoted Mother of Angelina (Bill) Lind, Rosetta (Ken) Sauers and Franca (David) Battisto. Loving Daughter of the late Antonio and the late Angelina, nee Mercuri, Ferraro. Fond Grandmother of Christina (Austin) Mealer, Cassidy (Fiancé Austin Datz) Sauers, Nathan Sauers, Ben Battisto and Gabriella Battisto. Fond Great-Grandmother of Charlotte Mealer. Dear Sister of Mercurino (the late Madelena) Ferraro, Giovanna (Helmut) Zacher, the late Anita (Pasquale) Cristiano, the late Antonio (the late Elaine) Ferraro, the late Rosina (Hank) Sokolnicki and the late Vincenzo Ferraro. Dear Aunt of many Nieces & Nephews.

Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation on Friday, January 23, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Russo’s Hillside Chapes, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim & Wolf Road). Funeral to follow on Saturday, January 24, 2026 from Russo’s Hillside Chapels at 8:30 a.m. proceeding to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish, 1101 N. 23rd Avenue, Melrose Park.
