Christina A. Serritella, nee Taglia, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 27, 2025, surrounded by her loving family at the Golden age of 93. Beloved Wife of the late William J. Serritella for a loving 61 years. Devoted Mother of Cheryl (Ezio) Cianelli, and the late Marie (late Vincent) Comella. Loving Daughter of the late Anthony, and the late Charlotte “Lotti” Taglia. Fond Grandmother of Vincent (Melanie) Comella, Giovanni (Lauren) Cianelli, Christina (Carmelo) Abate, Giancarlo (Katherine) Cianelli and Angelina Comella. Loving Great-Grandmother of Giovanna Cianelli, Valentina Comella, and Leonardo Abate. Dear sister of Daniel (the late Patricia) Taglia, Charlene Taglia, the late Anthony (the late Barbara) Taglia, the late Francis (the late Ann) Taglia, the late Della (the late Ralph) Valentino, the late Rita (the late John) Seno, and the late Marie (the late Frank) Martirano. Fond Sister-in-Law of Robert (Patricia) Serritella and the late Milton (the late Marie) Serritella. Dear Aunt, Great-Aunt, and Great-Great-Aunt of many Nieces and Nephews.

Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation on Monday, February 3, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00p.m. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim and Wolf Road). Funeral to follow Tuesday, February 4, 2025 from Russo’s Hillside Chapels at 9:00 a.m. proceeding to St. Mary of Celle Catholic Church, 1428 Wesley Avenue, Berwyn, Illinois.
