Cecil Russ passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at the golden age of 90. Beloved Husband for a loving 71 years to Betty, nee Taylor, Russ. Devoted Father of Vickie (Alex) D’Onofrio, Lisa Fanella and the late Wayne Russ. Loving Son of the late Woodrow & the late Mary Russ. Fond Grandfather of Tiffany (Chris) Gutierrez, Brittany (Dylan) Ryan and Rocco Fanella. Fond Great-Grandfather of Christopher & Giovanna Gutierrez.  Dear Brother of Liz Cropsey, Thomas, William, the late Evelyn, Edna, Harold, Donald, Danny and the late Jerry. Dear Uncle of many Nieces & Nephews.
