Angelo “Ralph” Torres-Vargas, U.S. Marine Corp Veteran, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, October 13, 2024 at the age of 70. Beloved Husband for a loving 45 years to Paulette "Pennie", nee Hernandez, Torres. Devoted Father of Kristi Coughlin and Kim (Don) Melendez. Loving Son of the late Arquelio Reyes-Torres & the late Herimina Vargas-Torres. Loving Son-in-Law of Winnie & the late Jesse Hernandez. Fond Grandfather of Nicholas, Taylor, Nathan and Morgan. Dear Brother of Kelly (Linda) Torres, Jose (Rosa) Torres and two sisters. Dear Brother-in-Law of Judy & Sam Signore and the late Warren (Janice) Hernandez. Special Godfather to Vincent Carmona. Dear Uncle and Great-Uncle to many Nieces & Nephews. Ralph was a proud member of Teamsters Local 703. Ralph was a huge Chicago Bears fan.

Family and Friends are to gather for the visitation on Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim & Wolf Road). Funeral to follow on Friday, October 18, 2024 at Russo’s Hillside Chapels with a Visitation from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Chapel Service of Christian Burial to be celebrated promptly at 11:00 a.m. Interment will remain private.
